Official Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of The United States of America who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Ablis Holding Company, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by Ablis Holding Company, located at 19330 Pinehurst Rd., Bend, OR 97703.
Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on July 8th 2024 at 12:00am PST and ends on July 31st 2024 at 12:00am PST (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.
How to Enter
- Main Contest (Bike and Paddleboards): To enter, sign up for our email newsletter using the online form available at www.ablis.shop/giveaway during the Giveaway Period. Only one entry per person will be considered valid for the Main Contest.
- Product Giveaway: To enter, comment, like, or share the designated Instagram post on our official Instagram page (@abliscbd) during the Giveaway Period, and also be previously entered into the Main Contest during the Giveaway Period already.
Winner Selection and Notification
- Main Contest: Winners for the main contest will be selected by the Sponsor at their sole discretion based on criteria determined by the Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
- Product Giveaway: Winners for the product giveaway will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor.
All potential winners will be notified via the contact method provided during entry within 7 days following the end of the Giveaway Period. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.
Prizes
Main Contest:
- One (1) winner will receive a Specialized Rockhopper Expert 29 Mountain Bike.
- Two (2) winners will each receive a Stand On Liquid Lakeside 10’9” SUP with Paddle.
Product Giveaway:
- Various products from Ablis Holding Company will be given away as minor prizes. The exact nature and quantity of these prizes will be determined by the Sponsor.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the giveaway or receipt of any prize.
Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Oregon. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Oregon, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Oregon or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Oregon.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 19330 Pinehurst Rd., Bend, OR 97703. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above).
