Return Process

When submitting a ticket, please provide proof of purchase and the purchase date. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for all orders up to 180 days from the purchase date. Once your return request is reviewed and approved by Ablis support, we will guide you through the next steps. If we request the product to be returned, Ablis will provide a prepaid shipping label. However, it is your responsibility to properly and securely pack the product into a return box at your own cost.

Refunds

Upon approval of your support ticket, a refund will be issued. We process refunds through our payment provider, and you can expect the funds to be available in your bank account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. Please note that we are only able to issue refunds to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
